I've always been a list addict and I absolutely love this list of favorite 80s cartoon villains being passed around the web right now! I didn't even remember Dr. Claw until seeing him featured in this list, and who could ever forget Cobra Commander? I'd have to add the evil Hordak from She-Ra; he might not have been as fearsome as Skeletor but he's definitely creepier than some of the villains on this list!
No matter who you are or where you're from, it's always going to be important to learn how to grow your own food. I'd argue that it's important to know how to hunt, too, even if you're not a hunter and don't eat meat. In a survival situation, you may find yourself looking at rabbits and squirrels a whole new way.
Most people give up something for Lent--beer, sex, red meat, what have you. But did you hear about the man who drank a beer diet and lost over 40 pounds doing so? He only drank beer and water during Lent without food and lost 43 pounds. Yeah, if you skip eating for 45 days, you're going to lose weight, no matter what you drink.
Honestly, is there anything more you could ever want in life? At Dino's Tomato Pie, you can order online, enjoy pizza and drinks with friends IRL and even finish with a brownie, blondie or some watermelon. Yum! No, they aren't just limited to pizza, either: you'll find garlic knots, calzones, the whole shebang. And yes, there are salads!
I love James Corden so much, and when he recently made an innocent comment on his show I had to wonder if it was accidental or not. His reaction seemed genuine enough, but I'm still left wondering if he tried to poke a beehive to get a bit of drama going.
He suggested that Linda Cardellini be on Family Guy, and she said it was funny he should say that because she WAS on the show and Seth MacFarlane replaced her without notice! She had told people she'd be on the show and was surprised to find out that nope, she wasn't on it after filming after all. Wow.
When the bad guys become the good guys, it's like a Miyazaki movie, right? The Error of the Ways (TM) has been seen, the person makes a full 180 turn and everyone wins at the end. Unfortunately, life's much messier than that, and many of the 'bad guys' are really just people trying to make a living, and sometimes you can't even blame them when they're engaging in unethical behavior when there's a lousy job market to content with.
We usually discuss party games on the blog, whether they're serious or funny, but lots of educational games double as party games, too. Concept, for example, can be really challenging and fun, but it also helps you learn to think critically and dissect information. I'm of the opinion that any game can be educational, but I also think that any experience can also be eductional! If you're learning, doesn't it qualify?
Did you know that in some parts of the world it's possible to hire a robot to photograph your event rather than a person? They can also be purchased to be used as waitresses or information dispensers. You guys, what even is this world anymore? We're going to wake up tomorrow and people will be marrying robots, somehow mating with them and the human race will be long gone.
As someone who continues to try and eat healthy, I must admit that I get very bored with my salads. It's not even like they're boring in the first place: I chop up and add veggies and cheese, I often toss in some avocado if I have any, I experiment with herbs, spices and dressings, but it still gets awfully boring. So one of the things I try to do is try out new dressings that inspire me.
Big dogs are fabulous. Mine are 60 pounds each and while that's not nearly as large as many dogs, it's large enough where they sound like horses when they run through the house, their barking is scary enough to warn most people away and they're giant cuddle-pups who flop next to me and want to snuggle constantly. They do get gamier than smaller dogs, but I think that's just because of their sheer size and athleticism, and their poop is obviously something to contend with.
Although National Poetry Month is nearly at its end, I've learned about another cool poetry resource that I'd like to share with you. It's a poetry bot from the New Yorker and it will deliver poems into your messenger if you opt in for the service.
Some people love how woke many companies are becoming with their ads. Others think it's a blatant tool to get more money--and of course it is, as these are for-profit businesses who only make ads to make more money--but as diversity becomes more mainstream through ads and other media, everyone benefits. Take Harry's latest razor ad.
Are you looking for something to cheer you up or just give you warm fuzzies? If so, this list of adorable critters may be just what the doctor ordered. Not every animal in this list is a cat, but the cats in the list are definitely cute. You'll find mothers with babies, wild cats, domestic cats lounging in the sunshine and more.
Elizabeth Warren and several other 2020 presidential contenders are discussing a student loan forgiveness plan for our country and it's an interesting idea, to say the least. For starters, it would force us to rethink the current model for student loans and the skyrocketing prices of universities that have increased by over 200% in recent years while wages have largely remained stagnant.

The fear of an all-out nuclear war between Russia and the U.S. has been increasing in the past few years as tensions between the two super power have increased.
